Intro to Meditation

Join Scott Caulpetzer for an introduction to meditation! 

Meditation provides ways to better cope in a stress-filled, fast-paced, sometimes hostile environment by changing the one aspect you have some control over - yourself. The focus of this introduction will be practical application for everyday life, at work and at home. 

Scott Caulpetzer began his practice of meditation in the spring of 1969 and has continued throughout his life.
